Thanks Sweff, a couple of years ago we had a mini Tornado in the area, it took roof tiles off a house, demolished a small horse stable and ripped off a few branches though. Fortunately we didn't get any buses or lorries flying through the air.
It is more than 20 years ago since I visited the Fenns. But the look and feel of space are immediately there when I see these pictures. Thank you for sharing, Sjerp

DeleteI do likje those wide wide fenland skies. Lovely shots - the blue and yellow ones are my favourites - though I'm not a big fan of the oilseed rape!
