More Whitebells

A further search of woodland where I found Whitebells previously, revealed two more plants in separate locations. These are pure white as opposed to the white/blue ones found previously in the same general area.



Below are an update image of Whitebells with a tinge of blue that I featured (see link below).
They have now come out in full bloom now.

  1. Great shots Roy. Perhaps the Whitebell is not as uncommon as we might think, it's just a matter of locating them? I much prefer the look of the bi-colour one. That's got to be rare, surely?...[;o)

      Its been growing there for a few years to my knowledge.

  2. Good work in finding the pure white Bluebells in your wood. Lovely photo of it. I was at great wood with Bluebells yesterday and will put them on a post very soon but I didn't see any white Bluebells. Margaret

    How nice it would be to lie in that patch , it would be like heaven,but then "Trevor" would come along, and call me a one of those
    "Morons" hahaha ; )!!
