Stonechat Revisited for the New Year

I revisited the Stonechat location on a subsequent occasion since the first sighting with fruitful results and much better light.

So I retained these images for the first post of the New Year. 
Hopefully it will be a good omen for the observation and photography of birds during the year.

    Happy New Year Roy. Beautiful images of the Stonechat in great light. I'm hoping to get more birding posts living here, already this morning I saw about 6 birders (from my living room) out on the coast and wondered what they were looking at. Looking forward to following your blog this year.

    I've also photographed but my photos are less beautiful than you and sharp pictures. You see them in due course still on the blog. You pictures are very beautiful and pretty sharp.
