Some of the wild Spring flowers coming out in flower now for us to enjoy.
All of these flower around the same time, but the Bluebell is just coming into bud in only a few places and its only just a few buds amongst the mass of plants observed.
Are your bluebells Spanish or Native? The flowers seem to be sticking out at all angles. You've got pretty much the same as me, only I don't have any woods to see wood anemone in!
Hey Roy.. I hope you know your killing me with these stunning wild flower photos while there is still snow to melt here ; ) Bluebells already.."wow"!! The white violet with the purple is a stunner.!!!
The beauty of spring so well photographed! What a lovely post, Roy! Many thanks for kind words, a much needed comfort :) Dull days follow one another and the sun seems gone for ever here!! I wish a happy new week and many great photo opportunities, keep well
So many different kinds of flowers... that is why I love Spring, to take photos... My favorite is the Wood Anemone. We don't see them here... they are beautiful!!! Great sequence of images...
Gosh the bluebell is early! I have big clumps of leaves so far. Love all the floral shots, and I know how hard celandine is to photograph without getting blown out shiny bits, but then I know you are an amazing photographer! :-)
