Pied Wagtail - Common Species Series

A male Pied Wagtail is really at his best at this time of the year. 
With striking black and white colours he makes nice photo opportunity.

    Great shots of this bird Roy, they are common here in Torbay and always a delight to see, really like the first shot with the black bib. P.S. do like the new look blog layout.

    You can get very close to them compared to other wild birds, making it easier to get stunning shots like these
