Green-veined White Butterfly

First observation of the Green-veined White for this Spring (3 May), possibly due to the fact that it was the first day that did actually feel like Spring.
Last year the first sighting was the 20th April.

  2. Well captured Roy. It must be a 2016 hot spot for flutters around your area? I'm still struggling to see any...a year count of 4 so far against 13 for this time last year! The weather seems to be warming up at last so there's hope yet?...[;o)

  4. Very nice shots Roy.

Still waiting for my first record on my transect ... been far too cold and windy for many of the early species locally.
