The Nuthatch Return

The Nuthatch are active again in the Woods on the Parkland, not that they have been away.
They have been busy with breeding and during the Summer months you are more likely to hear them than see them.

They are quite happy to come down to the tree stump now and on into the Winter and eat food left for them by people that walk the area.

You can never tire of taking photos of them as they are such characters and pose in many different ways.

Look out for some more shots here later on.
Hopefully the leaves would have fallen by then and the sun will be shining through the trees.
