Treecreeper

A very active little Treecreeper found this week on my walk.
The light could have been much better, but as one only gets to see this little species by chance then every shot counts and needs to be published.

  1. Oh how lovely to see a treecreeper again, great images and just as well that extra branch was behind it. I used to see them all the time...not exaggerating here...when I lived in North Yorkshire as they loved a mature sycamore tree in my front garden.

  4. I love the way their tail feathers seem to have claws. I saw one on oak a few weeks ago, just could not get a shot.

    1. They don't exactly pose for you Simon, very uncooperative.

very beautiful series, you can hear them in the woods when they peck at the trees but to catch it is then not so easy ..
