    It may cause havoc across the country but the snow and ice does provide us with a whole new set of photo opportunities.
    Lovely shots of the snowy vistas, and the Wigeon walking on water!

    Yep! That's about how much snow we also have left today!!
    Poor ducks, frozen water is not their "cup of tea" but it allowed these very nice pictures!
    I wonder why you have never seen a Hawfinch... I was sure the species was quite common in the UK!
