Feeding Inverted

Nature never ceases to amaze one.
This Brimstone is hanging upside down by its feet on this tiny flower and feeding at the same time.


Sorry, I know its butterflies again, but after last year it is good to celebrate by posting a lot that can be observed and photographed this year.

  1. HI Roy Yes you have to photograph when you have the butterflies and the catch to capture them. Great shots as usual. I noticed tht the last 2 posts of your did not have my comments on, I hope blogger is not stopping some comment as it is making my replies all disappear!!! Margaret

  2. je hebt hem toch maar mooi voor de lens gekregen meestal als ik mijn camera op ze richt zijn ze al verdwenen.

  6. Don't apologise for the butterflies I'm relying on your pictures to see any this year or so it feels! Although I did see a speckled wood and a peacock or admiral (couldn't tell without my book and it flew off before I could get a pic) at home yesterday so things are improving!
