Comparison

I observed an unusual sight at Lodmoor Reserve, Weymouth the other day.
A Great White Egret, two Little Egrets and a Grey Heron in the same shot.
They did retain the social distancing requirements during this encounter. 😀

  1. Where's the Cattle Egret? How unthinkable would such a photo have been just a few years ago?

    1. Sore point John. I have been told recently about Cattle Egret being at one place and another and each time I go there its not there.

  3. It’s always interesting to see them like this and it helps understand the shape, jizz etc for when you see one on its own (egrets that is). Lovely sight and captures.
