A Lockdown walk

Lockdown walks can be fairly non productive in respect of nature. This is of course dependant on the areas that you can walk under such restrictions. However, it is surprising what can be observed even in the most modest of nature areas.
Here are some scenes and subjects observed on a recent walk.
All of the birds observed are what one would expect to see at this time.

  1. Ihana kävely! Siellä on paljon lintuja. Täällä ei ole muuttolintuja. Onko siellä lämmintä?

  2. I always enjoy your photographs, Roy, but the first one today is outstanding. Quietly moody with soft light to draw us out of the tunnel.

  3. Hi Roy,

You saw nice birds and made wonderful sharp shots of them, espescially the Dunnock, wonderful. Also the Wren, I love that little noisy bird. Robin is always a pleasure to see. It looks like you had nice weather so that's nice and adds a warm look to the photographs. I hope you can do more walks now and then.

    Wishing you al the best,
    Marianne

    1. Hi Marianne,
Thanks. Yes it was sunny but cold. We were expecting snow today, but it didn't arrive.

  5. Yes, we now have to find it a little bit close to home and then you see how beautiful nature is close to your house.
    Really beautiful photos.
