The third and final Post regarding butterfly images shot over two days at the Cerne Abbas Giant, Dorset.
Searching the lower slopes at the Giant requires the agility of a Mountain Goat.
Only one butterfly features in this post, the Common Blue.
More views of the lower slopes.
A blue flower that grows on the slopes is the Heath Milkwort.
Views from the lower slopes towards the West.
Wonderful countryside and some fine butterfly pics too. Thanks, Roy.

DeleteHi Roy, the area looks beautiful and lovely. It reminds me of my holidays inn Britain when I was a girl. The blue skies and the Common blue are also wonderfull, although this butterfly is çommon', I still think it's one of the prettiest species I see every year.

Marianne
