Our resident female Stonechat in the Parkland still enjoys plenty of food and on this occasion when I shot the images last week, a good deal of sunshine as well.
Of all the birds Stonechats must be the most obliging for the photographer; always posing on top of bushes rather than skulking away. They make some fine portraits.
