Not much happening, well you can always play with the colour filtering on your Point and Shoot camera and create something like this below.

  1. Hi Roy I commented on your post yesterday, just about an hour ago and I see it is not there. are my comments still going into spam!!! Any way as you are an expert in photographing Dragonflies, can you look at my pot today and let me know the name of the one on my post please. Yes I do like your experimenting. Do you use photo shop? I particularly like 4/6/8/9 shots. There are quite atmospheric. Anyway please check your spam for me and have a great weekend. Margaret

  2. HI Roy Sorry I have to write to you here on your post but as you know I cannot give replies as they are still disappearing from my post!!! Very annoying. Anyhow, many thanks for all the web site information you sent to me, that will be very helpful. I had looked up some web site before I post so I had guessed corectly as it turns out. I must be learning from your photos. I don't think I can do what you did on my camera and I have not got into photo shop as yet That a pity as I also like experiemnting. Many thanks for your help on both matters. Margaret

  3. an interesting filter Roy. Colour does me good and I miss seeing all of it. I guess it's one reason I keep forgetting to try taking black and whites. It's fun to experiment though; cameras can do so many things these days

  6. Yep, when you really have nothing else to shoot it is a good idea to play that way!
The first one is my favorite!
If you have shots of grouses, I would be more than happy to see them!
    Cheers, Roy, enjoy your sunday!

Very unique, and I see from one of your replies that this is achieved with your camera, is that right?
