Today I went on a Dragonfly shoot around part of the Radipole Nature Reserve in Weymouth.
The sun was shining with a clear blue sky and the temperature was around 17 C.
Fortunately I found more species than I thoght I would.
A Male Scarce Chaser Dragonfly.
A Female Black-tailed Skimmer Dragonfly.
A female Emperor Dragonfly ovipositing.
A Norfolk Hawker Dragonfly.
A Male Banded Demoiselle.
A Buff-tailed Bumblebee feeding on a Buddleia flower.
