A really nice way for me to return to my photographic pursuits, albeit I am a bit rusty.
It is that time of year again when the flocks of Golden Plover return to Lodmoor Reserve.
A chance for some flight shots as they regularly get spooked during the day by a Marsh Harrier or Common Buzzard. They take off, fly around for a minute then land again, not always on the same spot of the Reserve. Lovely birds with some great colour. Always good to see them back during the Winter.
Another take off from the Golden Plover flock.
