This Grey Heron was observed perched in an exposed position with the wind at its back causing the long head feathers to fall forward.
He wouldn't look out of place at Ascot Ladies Day.

I look a bit like that in the morning, but less alert. If I had to hunt for my breakfast I'd go hungry most days.
