From The Window (with Snow)

My latest series of from the window images.
As you can see it is with a difference as we have had our first snowfall here of this winter.
The images are pretty poor and full of noise, but you can get the general idea.

More snow forecast for tomorrow, but Wednesday is forecasted as a bright day and hopefully I can obtain some snow scenes and bird life from the parkland.

  3. You've beaten me to it Roy! I've also spent a large part of today photographing the birds, and snow, through the window, but mine are still waiting to be processed!!
You've managed to capture a good selection here. Good luck for the snow scenes on Wednesday...[;o)

  4. A nice selection there Roy. Goldfinches always look extra colourful in the snow.

  5. Those birds look none too happy with the snow. In fact the dove look downright disgusted! Hope the sun cheers up everyone.

  6. Hey Roy...Well I want to know why you wasn't out in that snow snapping shots..made of sugar are ya ; ) You're not going to melt, but the snow will, so go out and enjoy!!
Your window images are fine...I like the Goldfinches bold colors, not to worry birds are survivors..the Bluebirds I have here are migrators ,but seem to be doing fine!!

  8. It reminds me of my wife's holiday napkins. Somehow she managed to get ones with British birds. I was able to tell everyone what they were because I learned them here!

  9. Hi Roy,

I also shoot through the window and that is not always easy. Still, you'll have a nice variation of birds such as the chaffinch, blackbird, but the putter. Very nice weather.
